Fakultas Peternakan Universitas Tulang Bawang Lampung Jalin Kerja Sama dengan PT. CJ CheilJedang Feed Lampung untuk Program Magang dan Penjaringan Mahasiswa Baru
Lampung, [27 Agustus 2024] – Fakultas Peternakan Universitas Tulang Bawang Lampung (UTB Lampung) baru-baru ini melakukan kunjungan ke PT. CJ CheilJedang Feed Lampung. Kunjungan ini bertujuan untuk mempererat silaturahmi serta membahas dua agenda penting: pengembangan program magang untuk mahasiswa dan penjaringan calon mahasiswa baru. Acara ini berlangsung di kantor pusat PT. CJ CheilJedang Feed Lampung dan dihadiri oleh berbagai perwakilan dari kedua institusi.
Dalam sambutannya, Dekan Fakultas Peternakan UTB Lampung, Novi Eka Wati, S.Pt., M.Si, menyampaikan apresiasi dan terima kasih atas sambutan hangat dari PT. CJ CheilJedang Feed Lampung. Ia menjelaskan bahwa kunjungan ini merupakan langkah strategis dalam membangun kemitraan yang saling menguntungkan, terutama dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan pengalaman praktis mahasiswa.
Pihak PT. CJ CheilJedang Feed Lampung yang diwakili oleh Manajer menyambut baik inisiatif kerjasama ini. dari pihak PT CJ CheilJedang Feed Lampung menegaskan komitmen perusahaan untuk mendukung pengembangan program magang yang dapat memberikan wawasan praktis dan mendalam kepada mahasiswa mengenai industri pakan ternak. Diskusi mengenai program magang ini meliputi berbagai aspek, termasuk struktur kurikulum, penjadwalan, serta metode evaluasi agar dapat memastikan mahasiswa mendapatkan pengalaman yang optimal.
Selain program magang, diskusi juga mencakup penjaringan mahasiswa baru. Fakultas Peternakan UTB Lampung bersama PT. CJ CheilJedang Feed Lampung berencana untuk menyusun strategi bersama dalam menarik calon mahasiswa yang berkualitas dan berpotensi. Hal ini termasuk penyelenggaraan seminar, workshop, dan kegiatan lainnya yang dapat memperkenalkan Program Studi peternakan kepada siswa-siswa SMA dan meningkatkan minat mereka terhadap program studi ini.
Kedua belah pihak sepakat untuk merancang program yang lebih terintegrasi, termasuk pelaksanaan kegiatan promosi yang melibatkan perusahaan sebagai salah satu mitra dalam proses pendidikan. PT. CJ CheilJedang Feed Lampung menawarkan dukungan dalam bentuk fasilitas, sumber daya, serta wawasan industri yang dapat membantu Fakultas Peternakan dalam menarik calon mahasiswa dan memperluas jaringan pendidikan.
Selain itu, program magang yang akan datang dirancang tidak hanya untuk memberikan pengalaman kerja yang berharga bagi mahasiswa, tetapi juga untuk membentuk koneksi yang bermanfaat antara akademisi dan industri. Melalui program ini, mahasiswa diharapkan dapat mengaplikasikan pengetahuan mereka dalam konteks praktis serta mendapatkan umpan balik yang konstruktif dari para profesional di lapangan.
